Quesadillas are the favourite street snacks of Mexico and one of those "must haves" whenever we cook. Put simply, a quesadilla is a hot tortilla sandwich. Whether you start with some of your favourite fillings or create some different ones, you will soon realise that they can be much more than that.
- Oil for greasing pan
- 1 pack Flour Tortillas
- 200g Mozarella cheese, grated
- 1 x 70g pack chorizo slices
- Hot, mild or medium Salsa
- Lightly grease a frying pan and place on the hob to heat.
- When hot, place a Flour Tortilla in the pan, top with cheese, Discovery Salsa and chorizo slices and lay another Tortilla on top.
- Cook on both sides until browned and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately.
